Adwords is banning me everytime

Hi guys,

I am having some problems with adwords. I bought a few adwords vouchers and made a new account with a new ip and all (cleared cookies&cache.

Everything went well, I made my campaign, I got credited $100 from the adwords voucher I had and all I had to do is wait for the adwords approval.

Today I received an e-mail from them saying that my account is permanently suspended because I didn't follow their terms of service, no more reasons given.

What the hell happened? Why did they ban me? My ads didn't start up showing and I wasn't promoting any get rich quick schemes, I was promoting a one page website that I have which was basically promoting a free offer but it wasn't like a simple landing page. Wtf?

Did you have a Privacy Policy and other things on your webpage? That is one of the things many people forget, when making a "1 page" webpage
 
No, I actually didn't have a privacy policy page. Where can I get an example of one? Also, what other things should I have in mind?
 
I am not sure exactly why, I am about 2 weeks away from trying a similar method. I would read thru the TOS, and try to figure it out what you violated. If you figure it out, be sure to let us know
 
Same thing just happened to me. I am using the okesense theme and I have 4 posts with 300-500 word articles on each post but I got banned. They send me 3 emails and they even said deleting the campaign will not help unless you fix the problems. I had no idea what I did wrong and got banned. They r insane
 
I've been getting banned all the time too. But my problem is that I do have a Private Policy and all that jazz.
 
whew... you need a contact page, policy page, about us page, and a link to your sitemap... :-)
 
please spend just 10-20 hours learning/reading here about that stuff. You will find your mistakes easily.
 
The IP you are using, do you know what location it is for? Example would be to not use a New York IP and a Texas address, Just a random thought since you said that you did not receive any detail on why you were banned.
 
In addition to the above mentioned "read the ToS..."

Just because you weren't promoting get rich doesn't mean the offers weren't against Google Policy. I got banned 2 years after the fact for a fertility offer I ran from clickbank. One things I learned is NEVER delete your ads, just pause them. If you delete them, you can never go back and change them to make them compliant, so your f00ked. If you pause them and they become non-compliant, you can always go back and change them, then request reconsideration.

If you're totally banned, you'll need to get creative to setup a new account. Edit: You mentioned that you created a new account. A New IP Address and clearing you cookies won't cut it. They can look at your MAC address on your comp and know it is still you. That is why you need a VPS. Don't use Chrome to create the account either... I'm just saying... IF you really can't stand the idea of a VPS or cant afford it, you can always do a complete reformat and make sure to change your MAC address (which could also be related to your router, double check). I recommend getting a cheap Windows VPS and creating everything fresh from the VPS. Use a different credit card (obviously) with a different billing address, etc. Basically, do everything humanly possible to keep Google from knowing it could be you. Never access your banned account from the same server/computer as your new active account. The more separate you can keep them, the less likely you are to get tagged again.

Finally, if you are really serious because your income depends on adwords, consider creating a business, get a virtual office, and use your business name on the credit card. Create a new website to promote your business on different hosting (ideally with your domain details blocked). Might run you $500 to setup, but if losing Adwords is costing you thousands, that money is chump change.

I haven't tried that, so I would be interested to see if it works! Do you recommend using a virtual box to do this?

e.g. Create a virtual box, use private browsing (firefox?) with no extensions/plugins installed, disable java and flash, and access via high quality proxy? It would be awesome to simply the process from what I'm doing. Any thoughts on using linux or a different version of windows to further mask? I've become paranoid *grin*
 
Yeah im doing exactly what your talking about, still got banned, I think we need to just start using our Mobile Phones to create the accounts and the campaigns.

Yeah, it looks ok. Use Linux, there are many different distributions out there. You can also try with Linux LiveCD - no need to install anything.

You may only have ONE adwords account. So not only must you clear your cookies ect., you must set up your email from a different IP, and phone, your payment details must also be unique. The most important thing is that after you do all of that YOU MAY NOT try to advertise the same websites you tried to promote in the previously banned accounts. Hope this helps
 
Hey Guys,

I have also tried almost everything possible to open and maintaining Google Adwords accounts but I still getting suspended after a while.
I even tried changing the MAC address using a software I found (it's somehow change the MAC address and it works for sure, I have tested it later - I pinged and traced myself using another computer).
I'm totally paranoid with my work process with Google but nothing seems to work.
I did everything "jibjabber" did, including VPS \ VDS in the target country, I change payment methods between different accounts, buying new domains and opening new email accounts, changing IP's all the time, and the only thing that I haven't done is completely remove Java and Flash from my browser.
I also tried to cloak my URL, use different kind of redirection scripts and monitor Google's IP's but they still keep on suspending my accounts.

If you have any more ideas I would not only like to hear them here in the Forum I would also be willing to pay for a working method for opening and maintaining AdWords accounts, but once again, I tried a lot of stuff, so only experienced advertisers please.
