Doing stuff like you are doing here. Get yourself out to forums and let people know about yourself. If enough people know about you, they'll want to know who you are. From there, if your blog is good, people will come.

Traffic is all about Content and then Backlinks.

Add new pages to your site, with each page taylored to a specific keyword. Then, write a 500 word article featuring that keyword roughly 5 times (with the 1st feature within the first 50 words). Be sure to make the keywords in the title of the page and the h1 tag. If you can, put an image on the page with the file name and alt text as that keyword.

Then Backlinks. For each of those pages, you will have to create backlinks to it using the keyword you optimized that page for. Try blog commenting, building 2.0 web properties (hub pages, squido, weebly, etc.), social bookmarking, and submitting your articles to article directories (spin your articles before doing this).

first off make sure you have good content, your on page SEO is done correctly. Then start building your back links slow then over time start adding more. Social Bookmarks, Blog Comments, Forum Profiles, Article Submissions, Wikis... Just browse this forum, there's tons of information on backlinks and guides to do them
