I am looking to outsource SEOing 10 keywords X 10 sites.. currently the sites are lame with not so much content.. but for some reason they still do well.. Ive key word analysis'd the heck out of it and have chose my 10 keywords to go with.. now I have hired web designers that are about to redo the sites to give them some pop.. do you recommend that the SEOing begin after the sites are done, or is it okay to get going on the SEO campaign prior to that...

Up to you. It is fine to start a couple weeks before the site is done. Just make sure that the title tags and URL structure are going to the same as when the site gets redesigned.

I trust your 100 keyword package can be spread across multiple URLs? to the best of my knowledge SEOing 10 keywords / key phrases per URL is the sweetspot and going beyond this will be spreading it out too thin.. (do you agree?)

Yes. We recommend that you target no less than 3 keywords per page (URL not domain), and no more than 15-20 per page (to start - as the page grows authority you can target synonyms, more long tails, brands, generic terms, website.com etc). Ideally the 25 keyword package is best because you can target multiple pages as well as use multiple generic and brand keywords as well as some synonyms, but we understand that it is not in everyone's budget.

jstover I'm evaluating who I'm going to run with you are a contender. I have a question for you. Lets just say the theme of a site is one theme. For example one service. There are only so many ways you can slice up original content and spread out a site amongst /extentions.. and I know you can spread out geophic extentions like /cityname. Is there an optimal amount of pages within a site? do you think that there is a limit to how many pages there are within a website that are all about the same service before it would be considered spam? are 50-100 pages too many?

You can have as many pages as you want as long as they aren't duplicate or redundant content. Fresh content is always good to add to your site, but if you are writing about the same topics and just rehashing the same old crap, then I would advise against it.

We will actually send you an initial rank report, which will show your rankings at the time you start. We also advise people to track their own rankings on their end too. You can use programs like SEOscout, Market Samurai, SEOmoz, Webposition.com, or Raven tools. SEscout and Market Samurai are probably best for someone who simply wants to track one or two websites.

We only accept Paypal, unless you want to pay 3 months upfront, in which case you can send a check, money order, or bank wire.
