[HELP NEEDED] Extracting music

I need someone to help me extract the music from this website http://www.bluefig.com/final_bluefig.swf

On the bottom right, If you click on number 1 on the music player, you will listen to the music I have wanted to get for the past 3 months... If you also know what music it is, its a plus

what OS are you on? I remember a while back ubuntu had a decent audio recording software (free of course) that was pretty bad ass.

as a side note, i never really messed with flash before but I would have to imagine that there would be a "flash ripper" or some type of software to rip that
