it can be done with electrostatic repulsion, or with strong enough magnetic fields

its simple ,the base you are seeing is made of heavy magnet .same as small but enough powerful magnet is either sicked or inside the frog placed
 
Its not a trick, the professor won a nobel prize ffs...
