Sell your whole concept, wash your hands off from it... someone who has idea or plan to continue sales anonymously could continue your work.

MAke contract with someone who is untouchable? he/sh3 will receive 50% of the profits if she will take whole business under his name and you will continue developement in the shadows getting 50% of the profits.
Easy job for someone and your safe from suing, the new owner is in danger but it would be a good perk that hes untouchable.

It's good that you're at least capturing the email leads. Now you can wait till the dust settles and see the outcome of the current lawsuit. If it proves to be in favour of the software developers, then you can simply email your list to notify them that you're selling again.

I would say, don't work on SEO and rank for any term for your site and sell the softwares on only couple of forums or maybe sell them privately. Once time goes by (2-3 months), then you can start re promoting it.

What if Twitter finds my blog posts on the forums? I think the same thing happened with TweetBuddy and they got targeted.

is your software only an account creator or does it have the other stuff in TA like follow/unfollow and mentions and replays?

Best way to spread knowledge of your product is to post it into warriorforum, from there it is shared in blackhat sites and thus the product is heard off = twitter knows your next under their list of people to sue.

Foreign investor is the best way to go in my opinion. Or you can go stealth and host offshore and make your domain private.

And start a new one
