Was wondering, how you manage the problematic sites - sometimes while posting, I get these "threat blocked" warnings from my AV

Should I use a separate machine for scraping/posting?

Have a good AV program first of all and you can use the Malware and Phishing Filter Addon. Microsoft Security Essentials is very good and free if your OS is genuine, although it works on my of my cracked windows PCs too

The other thing you can do is run Scrapebox in a virtual machine, like VirtualBox (free). This is most time-consuming, but also the safest.

I'm guessing you are slow posting. I'd fast post first if you haven't. And you can also run the list under the malware addon in scrapebox like lolhuh said.

If you keep your AV updated and it is indeed blocking threats, then you should be good.

It's fine as long as you have a good antivirus. I got these warnings as well, since you don't know which URLs have viruses in advance. However, I now run Scrapebox on a VPS.

Thanks for that, I will probably move to a vps, not sure yet.

Can anyone recommend on a VPS?

Disable your A/V while using Scrapebox. Your going to run through many false positives and you never know you could be missing out on that PR 6 or PR 7 link.

Only use an A/V when you need to. If you're going to be downloading image.jpg.exe then you need an A/V otherwise if you've been around the block you should be ok just watch what you download.

I'm now using Bermanhosting and it's very good. Much faster and better than my old one with Xsserver.
