I'm in the process of setting up an ORM company. What are the must-have software for ORM?

I primarily use Places Scout, and it rocks my socks.
Scrapes Google Places 5 to 200 results deep for search terms ("auto repair") combined with locations ("fresno"), combinations ("auto repair in fresno, auto repair around fresno, fresno auto repair"). It's crashed on me a few times because I loaded it with 10 biz categories with 5+ locations and my pc ran out of memory. When I scrape one category with 5 locations, runs like a dream and is done within 30 mins, Gplaces ranking, citation ranking, email addresses, NAP (Biz name, address, phone #). Export to csv file, load up my Thunderbird, copy and paste bad review email script, copying all the bad stuff said about them and hyperlinking it so the business owner can see the proof if needed.
It's $97 but you can use the use-now/pay-later offer on PayPal since it's over $50, pay it within 6-months and there's no interest.
Recently got my first client with it for $600/mo for 6 months, so on top of it being paid for I'm writing it off on my taxes as a work expense!
I think Power Lead Snatcher is similar, cheaper, but I haven't used it myself.
If you invest in Places Scout (it's a WSO, the homepage isn't finished yet but the backend helpdesk *is*), BE SURE to tell your antivirus to ignore it.
Anti-Virus Guard wrote over 30 gigs of text logs for me while running the software. Lol.

WSO prices change depending on how many people have purchased it, I might have gotten in "early", or just might be too tipsy to be posting right now

If there is, I never came across it. I did quite a bit of research before taking the leap and purchasing (to me) such high-priced software. I've never paid that much for a software program in my entire life.
It may be high-priced but it is also *high-value* as it has literally saved me months of manually going through places listings already. The software also uses deathbycaptcha, so while I go to my day job I let it roll on and on auto-solving Google robot/human verification, and I connect via my phone's VNC viewer (androidVNC, free) to my home pc running the software and start new searches when needed.
Think about it- the software scrapes up to 200 listings per search term, can gather gplaces AND general citation reviews, AVERAGES THEM for you so you see the low-hanging fruit (it's even color coded), gathers email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, exports to *.csv, creates automatic ranking reports for clients and tracks changes in ranking across multiple variables that matter to you and your client, and even scrapes owner's names through Manta. It has more features like social media metrics but my business doesn't even focus on those.
You AREN'T going to find a better-written piece of software, free or paid. This programmer has an affiliate program but you'll notice I've never posted an affiliate link, not only b/c it's against the rules BUT this guy deserves every penny he's invested in his work.
Put it on layaway or pay for it upfront, but ffs invest in this. Write it off on your taxes next year as an expense if you need to after your first client, just take the leap.

I'm in the process of registering my business. I took care of paying off taxes as a self-employed professional first.
I do have several leads now. I use Taktikal's method of getting leads.
Oh, I will buy Places Scout.

You are going to take money from clients, telling them you can deal with their (in most cases life altering) problem and you have no experience? this place makes me faceplam so fucking much.

So it's going for $197 now, not bad if it does what it says it supposed to do. Has anyone used Places Scout lately, looks like a good buy.
