Most of the cpa offers are for US, some are for some other countries, how do you monetize the rest.

You guys know any affiliate programs that pays for signing up ?

Most CPA networks have a few international campaigns, but unless is a paid product, they pay a few cents per action.

I did not found a viable method to monetize non-targeted international traffic, but other members might give us some clues...

It depends. You have countries that bring your traffic, and there are networks that are interested in particular countries. that might work, just share some details regarding countries
