Hosting for a downloads site

So I'm starting my own downloads site. I'm coding everything from scratch so this will be a unique site in the market.

I need a place to host it, with heaps of space. Where would you get this from? I think I would need a VPS atleast, or a dedi if not too expensive.

I will have a DMCA complaint page where users can report copyrighted stuff and I'll remove it, but I guess that I will still have many copyrighted material.

I suggest i n t e r s e r v e r . n e t I have my VPS from there and I have to say they are great, and the cheapest I have seen around. The only problem is that if you are in the United States they are hosted here, so unless you are looking for offshore hosting they are pretty good.
