Cpa offers time approval

Hi im still new to cpa, and wondering how long do cpa offers take to approve.
I got a few conversions on a instant approval email submit offer,
Do other offers take different times to approve, or do all offers instantly approve after the task is completed?

It depends on the network I think. I am using PeerFly and they have real-time reports.
