your homepage-settings have been changed as it seems...
...assuming google was your default homepage. look up in your settings to what adress you are being directed and search the internet for it.

...you will probably directly find a solution as well as an explanation.

Yeah it's down, sorry, it's probably my fault. I set up too many connections in scrapebox when I was scraping links from google. But I called them and apologized and they said it's gonna be fixed soon.

I'm wiling to bet money on the fact that Google won't be using Plesk as a control panel!

Looks like some sort of DNS issue (Particularly as you can access BHW). Check your hosts file. You'll be looking for a line similar too

[Fully Qualified Domain or IP address]		google.com

If there is nothing out of the ordinary in there then change your DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (google public DNS) and see if it still loads.

Probably best to scan for malware too
