I tried but this is the second time my adwords account is in risk of a ban.
I set up a WP blog, put 10 articles from Ezine on it and a Buy link attached to each post.

Didn't use one??? How did you get a fresh IP then? What country are you in?
Your website is setup exactly how I set mines up minus I don't use the big header that you have. You have terms and conditions, contact, privacy page so all that is perfect. Your links are cloaked. The only other difference I notice is your permalink structure. Your privacy/contact etc. Is not a keyword. I use the following below. Perhaps the bots can't read that your terms and everything is there. I don't know. Just taking a stab in the dark, because this is the only thing I notice.

Lol. I mean you guys post big banned pic in this thread, but you guys don't follow every instruction of this thread, then others see it, and get discouraged that is all.
Can I shed some light? Seriously, I don't know much more I can post outside of what I did. Your IP address is saying India but you're using an US address. This is your problem.

It's ok. Whether people here believe it works or not, I'm doing it, so I could care less. I mean I will try and help people if they go wrong, but I won't make it my job to make sure people believe me or not.

Are all your sites set up the same way?
What sort of conversions are you getting from your sites?
Also do you spin or rewrite any of the articles that you post on each site? Or is just copy and paste from Ezine? Does having this duplicate content give you a lower quality score?
I don't rewrite or spin the content. I just find high quality written articles on my niche. Does having this content lower my quality score. That I'm not sure. I get 7 out of 10 for my main keyword. The only time I get higher is if I cloak.
As far as conversion rates it varies. I'll just log into one of my accounts and paste the stats for an offer for today.
207 clicks --- 7 conversions --- 3.38 % conversion rate --- $1.25 EPC == Total Earnings = $259.00
Knowing that I paid less than $5 to make that amount on just that offer? Priceless. For everything else there's Mastercard.

Is that from a site setup similar to what you have posted here?
Were you promoting a CB product?
How much did you pay on average for each of those 207 clicks?
I use same site setup. Just change product name and posts for different niches. Sometimes change ad box 300X250 or 160X600 all depends on what type of creative I find on google images for my offer that another user created.
The cost per click in that niche was between 29 and 32 cents per click. I still have money left in the account from the voucher.
The screen shot of the voucher I just created the other day ago, and posted in this thread no longer says the account is under review, but it's not showing my keyword yet when I search. Will report back tomorrow on that once it starts running. Think I made it on the 3rd, so not expecting it to run until the 6th officially.
