Ok here's my review of this so far.
I understand that they are very busy and was overwhelmed by the sheer number of orders recently. If you haven't receive your backlinks yet, please wait patiently as they are working on this.
I ordered around 2 weeks ago (both .edu and .gov packages) and finally got my backlinks on Friday 03/30/2012.
It is now Sunday 04/01/2012.
Most of the backlinks are foreign .edu or .gov websites.
As of writing this review, I haven't seen any movement in my keywords or page rank but then again, it has been only 3 days and my keywords are rather competitive.
Hopefully, I will start to see some results soon as Google will index those backlinks.
If I see results, I will be sure to order more from these guys and update your with the review.
If I don't see any results within 2 weeks, I will make sure to update that too.

Hi Tim - its very important that you mix your link building for best potency and punch. Don't just build one type of links and stop. Ensure you have variety and things will work like a charm!! So, just do some Social Bookmarks, Blog Comments, Contextual Web2.0 posts etc... This is one area where many falter. Just a few drips from around different link types.. and you will get a better *boost* !
