I don't have enough money to buy AMR at the moment. I have an article already spun and ready to submit. Is there any alternatives to AMR?

To be honest, none of other others are as good as AMR. I would rather suggest you to post manually on the top 10-15 article submission sites.

If I'm not wrong, there are some $10 discount offers for AMR somewhere on the internet.

But regarding to your problem, you might wanna buy a gig from fiverr and give it a try.

Might not be an instant solution, but at least it could give you some results before you save up for AMR.

I think amr is the best right now, but its not so effective as it was, but it is improving. About the $10 discount, I have a link for $10 discount, but have yet to find a article submitter better, faster than amr.
