Yes, the Google AdWords Keyword tool does this I think.

That is for generating suggested keywords, as useful as it is... I don't think it is really what the OP was asking for.

Yeah, looking for something a bit more detailed in terms of search volume and competition if it exists......

youtube keyword tool finds the search volume and using the general youtube search will find number of competition
