Phew... created a new campaign just now.
How will i know that my ads are live OP. It is saying that ads are enabled.
i didn't use any proxy when creating my account. hope i don't get banned soon.

Here's what I've been doing, and it works tremendously. (DO NOT PM me asking me to share further details)
So many comments on this thread are the reason people are reluctant to share the quality goods outside JRVIP. They get flamed by newbies with no creativity.
Here's what I've been doing for over a year.
1. Everything the OP stated
2. My landing pages are STRICTLY "GIVING FREE STUFF AWAY". I have more PLR in damn near every niche then I care to imagine right now. Rebrand or not, and offer it FREE.
3. I either CellSqueez them to get the FREE product or Facebook Login. I prefer to squeez their cell number out of them for sms marketing to them later. Crazy conversions
4. You already know if they opt-in for the FREEBIE that they are buyers. Remember the Money (LONG TERM MONEY) is in that list.
5. Rinse and Repeat
If you cannot get creative with this method...like someone said on this thread somewhere you should start practicing the following: "Would You Like A Shake with Those Fries"....Just saying

FYI - I am having a TON of luck with with weight loss. Just offering PLR that is about weight loss training, techniques, whatever and then when they opt-in I cross sell them on Phentermine and other pharmi drugs

This is usually what I see often. From here you wait. Most likely if you check in say 15 minutes it will switch to saying your account is going under manual review 2-3 days blah blah blah... Your ad will be live in few days.

You can know your ads are live by A) checking your account and seeing impressions/clicks: B) search for your keyword on Google, if you see your ad showing, you are live: or C) You notice a conversion in your CPA account
Do you have access to unlimited vouchers? Are you willing to spend unlimited time creating accounts? If your answer is yes to both, then you can accomplish this task.
This is not necessary for every niche:
As far as terms and conditions. For example I do rebills, so I say, by submitting your credit card details for this trial, you are agreeing if you don't cancel to be billed $39.95 per month until you cancel. Just an example of what can go into your terms and conditions page. All depends on what product are you promoting. They have that page, just copy/paste into your privacy. Then name your privacy page. Privacy/Terms
I do this because of requirements by the FTC.

Well, unless you have a landing page, you will be banned from google adwords. For those who are getting banned from their landing pages, sign up for Get Response for 1 month free. test it, if this method really works, you will be able to afford it. So, dont put link's on your landing page, just a 'webform'. When you have alot of subscriters, send a couple of newsletter's, with reviews promoting ClickBank products and watch the money rolling in

Yes. Google doesnt allow more than 1 coupon per account
Do you show the full text of all 15 posts on the landing page or just a small snippet of each post with a "Read more..." link to send them to the full post?
Also when filling in the Billing Preferences does the name street address, city, state, zip can be fake but at least match within the same IP? Or if I choose Pacific timezone and my IP is from Seattle can I put fake address from like Los Angeles or make it the billing address somewhere near Seattle? Should the city/zip code at least match our IP, but the address can be one that does not even exist in that city?
Do we need to provide a fake phone# or can we skip that part? Will they even call?
