Options for gradual facebook likes?

Hey BHW,

So I have a need to gradually and consistently increase the facebook likes for a person I am working with. We would like to average 20 likes a day or ~140 like a week.

We've found sources for purchasing likes in mass, but it would suit us better to gradually increase the likes so as to not raise suspicion from any actual visitors to the site who notice a sudden increase in likes.

is there software available that can accomplish this? if not, what sources are out there for ordering likes in a specific amount like those I have listed and/or ordering mass amounts of likes (in the thousands) that will come in gradually rather than all at once?

Well if you have a wordpress blog you could run the FClickr plugin for a few hours a day and then disable it...​

You can only load your account with as many credits as you want for the day. Plus, it wont cost you anything.

Interesting. Sounds very black hat, but I really don't know what this plugin does. I'll try and research it but my initial Google searches aren't finding much information about it.

/edit/ - seems the only place I could find anything about FClickr is here on BHW It's still a bit of a mystery, though. I have several WP blogs but none at the moment that I would be willing to sacrifice for black hat IM.

Not a bad suggestion at all, but I'm concerned about using too much time liking things from my Facebook account as well as sacrificing the legitimacy of my account (not a huge deal, but it does seem weird to suddenly start "liking" a whole bunch of random things just to gather credits). I suppose it might be possible to create a brand new account just for the purpose of liking things to get credits, but Facebook would likely notice this and turn off the account. Plus I don't think the whole system of exchanging likes would really work if they were all coming from brand new, picture-less accounts.

I also have a small budget, so if the price is fair, I can spend some of the budget for this purpose. The most important factor is just making sure that the likes come in gradually and consistently for the next several weeks.

FClickr can only be found on this forum, what it does is creates a hidden facebook like button behind the mouse. on click anywhere on the page it will automatically click the like button and then never show again. All you need is traffic

And yes this is a blackhat method... It is called click jacking. :X

Yeah do this, set it to 6 or something and you'll get about 7 likes a day at a guess. It works well.

I wonder how much control I'll really have for gaining the amount of likes that I want on a daily basis. I also am not too excited about using my real facebook account to exchange likes, but maybe it's possible to create a new account that I can use to contribute likes. Or is that frowned upon? If so, why?

Youlikehits lets you set a limit for the amount of likes you get, so you can set it to 100 likes, then go in the following day and set it to 200, etc etc. You also have the option to set it to US likes only, however this relies on other users correctly setting their country of origin, so don't get too excited.

If you don't want to bother setting up a new Facebook account purely to gain credits (which takes about 2 minutes so seriously, why not?) then you could just buy the credits.

The quality of fans you get from YLH or any exchange site will be low. Users are liking pages to get credits to spend on their own pages, they're not joining because they're interested in your clients site. If you want actual targeted engaged fans then youll have to spend real money running an ad campaign on Facebook or promoting the fan page fro the main site (e.g. Join our Facebook page to enter a free prize draw and win X).

YLH and other echange site fans are best for social proof and increasing a page's ranking in Facebook search results. (The more fans, the higher it appears on the search results.)

Just create another Facebook account(s). Use PAYG mobile sim(s) to verify account(s) and start liking! PAYG sims are normally free too!!!

I would recommend the ReTweet to Facebook tool. This tool has hardly been tested but I am using it a lot myself since I'm the developer and so far with 52 followers my Klout score

(which measures social media effectiveness) is showing some interesting jumps like 20+ point daily swings. What it does is allow you to make a share link for your Tweets that will share

the tweet along with any content on the tweet to Facebook. If anybody that views your tweet clicks on the link, it will register as a share/like. And whats good to, is that from

Facebook you/anyone can re-tweet that post, creating a large network effect of tweets and shares. The site is 2FB.me
