Are the VPS managed? Also what are the port speeds for them?

I saw a $15 setup fee which I haven't seen in a while (other host)...

The $15 setup fee is 100% optional and it's not a normal setup

We 100% setup cPanel
We setup Private Nameservers
We optimize mysql and apache
We secure and harden the server
We install a firewall and configure it
We install and setup 1 click cloudflare
We install + setup Softaculous
We do other minor tweaks on the server we have found to be beneficial to our clients


The VPS's are semi-managed, (we will do everything short of fixing errors with your script, we wont change your code, but we will fix any server issues)

The VPS's start with a 10mbps port speed, upgrades are available, however we have only had 3 clients thus far max their port speeds, and they are both file shareing websites, we are launching a cloud servers offering this week and the cloud servers will start at a 50mbps Port Speed

All my site got error on loading..
tested on several browsers still have problem..

tested on vpn and normal connection also got error..

Update:

FIXED!

Fastest speed by Peter after I chat with him on skype..

We actually own all of our own servers, and currently no sites should be down, what is the IP address of your server, you can PM it to me if you want

My reseller is great so far, had no problems. Asked them to update the PHP version before I went to sleep; when I woke up it was done.

I also had a problem with email accounts, I received great support and had it fixed via. Teamviewer.

I've just had a look at Softaculous and it supports all the above? which from hostwinds website is what they use..
I'm thinking of signing up so wondering why you had problems?

Maybe you should learn how to use cPanel before jumping to conclusions.

Anybody experiencing downtime today at hostwinds? Live chat disabled. Even the email form. Textbox is disabled. This is bad!
