Problem with Scrapebox proxies

I just recently bought SB (so it's latest update). I studied it a bit and then went over to the proxies section, clicked "Manage", and then I tried to harvest some proxies using the default sources, but they aren't unique. Each time I harvest and clear the list, it's the exact same number of proxies. Also, using the default proxy sources that came with Scrapebox, I tested them for about half an hour and hardly any were Google accepted.

What do you guys do to get good proxies (I don't have money to spend on private ones )?

Thanks, I just can't grasp on how to get good proxies for SB without spending money. I know it's better to spend money, but I just bought SB and I'll have to earn to spend again.

You either need to harvest some working public ones (I use Proxy Multiply and NOT the built-in scraper), or use some private ones very gently. By gently, I mean your connections should be at no more than 20% of your total number of proxies. I have been using Scrapebox for awhile now and never had any success with public proxies like I am using private ones. With low connections, you can essentially scrape forever. It's fantastic!

I've actually had some luck with some sellers of private proxies on Fiverr. I also suggest buyproxies.org for true consistency. One way or another, you ought spend the money for the private proxies. The time it will save you will make up for the $10-$20 that the proxies cost.

Try this site, proxies get updated every 15mins. You will have to filter through them regularly though, and use at your own risk!

However, it really is worth putting in a few dollars for a small collection of private proxies.

I don't know anything about proxies so I have a question. Say you are using proxies for CL what good would a proxy from indonesia, Nigeria, India, Russia, etc. do you? I was Googling some of the proxies here that someone posted and they are halfway around the world. Thanks.

Not sure about it, but I would use proxies at least in my country, mainly because of connection speeds. (I mean, do you think your internet would connect to a proxy faster if it were based in India or if it were based within 100 miles of you?)



Looking for the cheapest proxy provider you can find still.

If you try to earn some money with SB you must invest first, and second using private proxy will make you earn time and this days time = money.

About the cheapest proxy seller here you must know that you need some good proxy, not cheapest. Because you can find yourself in the position that after you use those 3-4 days you get block since the proxy provider do not accept seo on those proxy, or worst your proxy get banned by google.

The cheapest way that I find is build my own proxy server... but before that I use proxy from yourprivateproxy[dot]com or something like this.

I will be glad to share my server with you if you are interested.

If you use proxy from different location you will lower your speed but will keep your privacy.

If we are talking about SB proxy is good to have proxy from different location but you also need a good connection speed.

And if we are talking about public proxy.... this are free what you aspect

A decent vps and good 10-15 proxy will cost around 40$ a month. Maybe for some people is a big amount but trust me you will never get where you want if you not invest a few bucks.

Running SB on a desktop with private proxy is like driving a Ferrari in reverse. Trust me. At the beginning I was looking for the same thing, first earn some money and the start to invest, and I realize that is not possible only after I buy my first private proxy and saw the difference.

And this is available for any action or road you want to take in this kind of business.

I'm on the fence of buying 4 proxies for $5 a month, not sure about it.

No I buy 10 private proxy... you can do nothing with 1 private proxy...

And when you will go to buy private proxy, if you will do that, be aware from where you get it... not all the provider see with good eyes to use their proxy for SB, second there may be proxy that are blacklisted by google and this is also a bad thing.

Which proxy provider are you buying from? I really have no money and I need to get some. xD

If you want to try getting more out of your SB then simply search around here and find some new "proxy sources". Then just open up your proxy manager and click "harvest proxies", from there you can add new sources to your list. Personally for me the SB supplied sources weren't very good so I went out and found new ones which gave SB a shot of steroids to kick it up a notch.

You will not find a private proxy for free.

But to reduce costs I create my own proxy server.
