what for? if you don't care whether the followers are real or not then you can buy some, most likely fake on fiverr.
if you need real followers then you better build them up yourself, using some automation software. tweet attacks went out of business so try tweet adder.

it really depends on what you're planning to use the followers for. if you're looking to build a relationship, try stuff like @reply. If you're looking to just "look big", then use a twitter software to automatically follow and unfollow users
