Yeah they have always been very poorly business minded. It takes forever to get anything setup when you buy and forever to get anything restarted when it goes down.

They took my Xrumer server offline yesterday with no warning, as they did many peoples. I would have happily pulled my files and cancelled if they would have just given me an advanced warning. No I am probably going to have to pay just to have it turned back on so I can get my files and waltz.

They are going to lose a TON of business, but its all good, maybe they will get their act together for the rest of their customers.

I got this email as well. We use private proxies to post comments with Scrapebox. What the hell they are talking with tools. They will lose many clients.

Wow that sucks, i had a server with ages ago but i cancelled after one month and went with webfusion's dedicated server. Never looked back since....

Hopefully, if you can get your VPS's back online, you can make a quick backup and move to another service provider. Good luck guys.

I'm getting pissed...I've had one server down for well over a week, and all they do is close that ticket...

Now for some reason I can't even access the customer login/portal. Is anyone else having this problem?
