Please, any working youtube comment rater bots?

All I found are outdated.
I have pva accounts and proxies.

But I want a bot that can rate a youtube comment to the top... I know this question is asked a lot, but I can't find any working ones.

I heard about tubenoia by izspk (or something like that)
Does that bot still work?

I currently use Tubenoia. But it's currently not working. It always fails on me.

tubenoia is way too old so definitely dont expect it to work. comment rating is very hard these days so your best option is to get your own private bot developed. most public bots will not work well
