Freemail Emailer with Proxy Changer?

I just need a software that can do the following:

Switch to proxy A and send out 10 emails from 10 different Freemail accounts, wait for X minutes and switch to proxy B and send out another email blast... and so on.

I want to send just a few emails, this is software to make my life easier and not to do massive mass mailing / spam.

Anyone has some pointers for me or can recommend a software / script?
Would be great.
