So I am selling my own product on my site...

I have 'targeted' traffic, but only get about 3-4 people clicking to buy per day. And out of these 3-4 when they get to enter their credit card details they close the browser and leave...

Any ideas? More traffic? What's going on?

try black hat world as a platform to sell your products...m new to this but my friends are successful here, good luck bro!

My product is not related to IM at all... are you just trying to increase your post count? lol

So If he is selling make up , he should open a thread here ?

Operator , you never have enough traffic so you always want more . Check your landing/squeeze page . Check what people are saying about your product.
Does your page look specious?

Oops that was a typo , ya that's exactly what I meant

1) Get enough traffic that you can run some meaningful tests without having to wait for ages to get meaningful numbers. You can't make any kinds of decisions on 3-4 join hits per day.

2) Get some split testing software (visualwebsiteoptimizer.com is an easy one) and rigorously split test your join page and different pricing points to optimize your conversions. Also optimize your sales page to get the maximum clicks to your join page and sales.

In short, get more traffic first, then optimize.

Maybe you aren't getting enough traffic in general to lead to conversions. There are a lot of windows shoppers out there.

Traffic generation is critical. Use forums and commenting on blogs to generate some more traffic.

To start, search for forums that are related to your niche, ones which have significant visitors each day. Join 3-5 forums or more, make helpful posts on each forum daily, and be sure to have a signature for your profiles, so that each time you post, your signature gives people a little enticement followed by a link that will take them to your squeeze page.

If you get to the point that you're getting tons of visitors, but less than 1% are converting, then you should definitely consider remodeling your squeeze page.

try getting traffic from youtube. make some helpful videos related to your niche and u will definitely get more traffic

You should concentrate on relevant traffic as those can give you benefit and buy products from your site.
