I just tried it today and it works for me.

Not working. Used TOR to signup Entropay, because don't want my own IP seen.
FIrst few tries, only got by funding by card option, no fund by bank account.
Last few tries, got msg ever earlier, saying Entropay not avaible for your area.
I'm entering the WI address, but I guess it doesn't like my IP location.

But anyways, looks like they closed the Fund by bank acct option?
