I kept telling you guys why talking out in the open, even if its noble, is NEVER a good thing.

Now, you have more exposer and more competition then ever before.

The only people this is good for are those who are either selling services, start-up aff. company recruiters, or those who have buyselltrade threads, but for the average IM'er trying to get started or those who are in markets that are still relativity unknown to the masses, this is NOT GOOD AT ALL!!

Sharing is NOT caring, and in this case, sharing is very dangerous to your end goals.

More traffic (regardless of where it comes from)=more exposer=more noobs=more competition=Method SATURATION!!!!!!

Did anyone see what "inumel" said when he is calling others "idiots" but spells it as "idoits".

Meathead became a star overnight, and inumel's comment became an epic fail.

This shows that EVERYONE should PROOF-READ what they write!

Luckily 90% of people give up or never take action anyway :-) But yea, guys selling services should just sell some BS to people who's accounts are from March and a few months ahead to make them go away again ;-)

Yes MSNBC has ALOT of noobs, many will end up here, BUYING YOUR SERVICES, if you have one to offer lol, I did the math, and the Equation = $$$

So how about removing BHW from index and making it private? This kind of attention does not bode well.

When a certain other site started getting a lot of media publicity, certain types of people began swarming the site and started marching around wearing masks that came from a movie and felt like activists. They labeled and identified themselves with a moniker that means nameless, and then serious trouble (including arrests) began occurring.

The aforementioned site has turned into cesspool of pseudo-political activism and carries as its symbol a disembodied man wearing a suit.

...I would hate to see a black hat start to be included in that image...

Sure, easier said then done.

Put it this way: If everyone here who has been a member for more then 1 year decided to start monetizing the noob influx here, you wouldn't make enough to even continue trying to monetize them simply because they (the noobs) would have waaaayyyyy to much choice on this forum, making your efforts of trying to sell to them that much harder, and at the same time you make less then you would if, oh, I don't know, less then 0.03% of the members here actually tried to monetize noobs (like it is now).

In other words, more competition in anything is never a good thing for your pockets. You can twist all you want, but you won't come out untouched by that simple fact of business.

More competition affects ALL of us, regardless of what business you have. It kills me the way you guys put the "one size fits all" answer of "twist, adapt" to any issue of saturation, when even that answer is based off the fact that your "twist and adapt" is UNIQUE, thus, NOT SATURATED!!!

Put that "unique" answer up for all to see on BHW, and it will no longer be as affective as before. Why? Read the above again. Its all connected.

GET IT????
