although your links will continue to be indexed the keyword you are trying to rank for is pretty high competition and as you are close to the top already the sites above you have alot more higher pr links so I would suggest utilising high pr services with a PR3+ links only.

these days its hard to get a database of that size, plus google would slap any site building that may links

5 - 20,000 links is more than enough to harness into any link building campaign
