Why doesn't BHW get de-indexed?

Everyone always talks about how google and matt cutts read BHW and know about it but if they really knew and cared
then wouldn't they just de-index this forum completely from google?

This did make me think that possibly the only reason they don't penalize the forum is because they will learn all the new tricks
people come up with. So it's a benefit for them to see what's going on here.

In case they deindexed this site, nothing happened. People already knew this place and that is not count word of mouth later on. Business as usual.

Remember, Google's current job in seo is not to sandbox a site for what they stand for, their purpose in life is to supply the user with the most relevant content that relates to their search query. That is their purpose. If I go to my search engine and type in "blackhat seo" i better see what's relevant at the top, BHW baby!
