Domain Forwarding with masking on GoDaddy

I just bought a domain on GoDaddy and I'm trying to have it redirect to an offer page from my CPA account.

I went to Domain Manager and then put forwarding with masking to my affiliate URL.

But the problem is, when I go to my domain on a different browser (so not a cookie issue) my site is just at one of those default GoDaddy pages saying:

"This page is parked free, courtesy of GoDaddy"

It does not actually redirect to the URL that it was supposed to forward to. Any suggestions, help? Thanks.

Both fairly recent, like a half hour to a hour. I know it said it would take up to an hour but I thought it said it updated when I went to the Domain Manager. It didn't allow me to edit anything when it was in the process of setting the forwarding but now it is allowing me to edit. Should I just wait it out a bit longer and see if it works then?

Give it an hour bro and it will work. Sometimes the forwarding works right away, and sometimes it takes an hour or two.

godaddy is very slow with these things. other registrars will start having your domain redirecting within seconds.
