Alright guys,
This is the first time I am doing offline marketing.
I was emailing all the restaurants in my local area offering to make websites for them.
Fortunately today, I got an email that they are interested and also they called me to finalize the order.
We deal for $600, but now he wants to meet me personally.
I am not afraid of that and have full confidence in my work but since its my first time, I just want to know what papers etc should I have with me?

Like since its a deal with them, we should have some paper works or something like that?

Please advice me when I meet him what should I have with me so that I look perfect professional ?
It is so easy to do online but when it comes offline I am a lil confused :D :D

Please guys, do suggest and advice me.

Thanks in advance.

1. Dress professionally
2. Bring your laptop, so you can show him samples of your work (if you haven't already), as well as show him what is possible with his restaurant's site. The computer sucks the attention from you and brings it to what you're selling: Your website creation skills.
3. Bring your business cards. If you don't have business cards, make some and print them out on your printer.

Good luck, go get'em!

Thanks,
anyone wants to give some more advice or suggestion, please feel free to.
The meeting is tomorrow morning , I will update you guys how it went :)

One more thing: Be sure to change the desktop background on your laptop to one that represents your business (your logo or something like that). This automatically gives your customer the impression that this computer is all about your business, and as such, raises your professionalism even further.

Also, clean up your icons if your desktop is cluttered (make a folder where you throw personal icons into so you can save them for later). Only leave icons that relate directly and indirectly to your business.

This may seem over the top, but I'm telling you it's the little things like that which send signals of confidence into the customer's mind. It will make your customer relax, as he'll feel he is in good hands with you.

Get a notepad take notes and do more listening than talking. See what their needs are first. Find some contractos of google or here you need some contractual agreement in writing for the services performed and receipt too.

Not sure what you will be doing specifically for that business, but there was a wso I downloaded a few months back that wasn't bad. It was called rep mogul. It was useful for the one reason of it having a contract you could use and it was actually quite professional.

Anyways my point is it couldn't hurt to have some paperwork. Gives you some legitimacy in a business sense.

Alright guys thanks everyone for your suggestions..
Here's how it went.
Well it was pretty good.
I just suit up, took my laptop and went to meet with them.
There were two guys, but I pretty smoothly told them why should they have a website, the benefits etc etc and how it will help them to grow their business.
I showed few samples and out of those 1 caught their eyes and they said they need exactly like this.
I also asked them their requirements, I offered them a homepage, a menu, contact form, location and an about page.
Then they added that they need every dish to be listed in the menu card with categories and prices and also they need a masthead page where I put the main heads of the restaurant.
They said they have no problem to pay extra money(So I thought they are well funded and have no problem to invest more), so I said that there are too many dishes + it will take more work to add the masthead etc ( but actually its not that difficult :D :D, I will just have add pages :D ) and charged $200 more.
But they said all and all $700 in total, so I agreed.
I had two page paper work with me which had the service fees and about my company etc, and that was it.
They made a half upfront payment and half after the work is done.
I said it will take 7 days and I will see them in next week.
At the end of the day I must say it was a nice experience to do my first offline business.
Plus, they offered me a lunch with them :D ( But I just declined :P )

Anyways, thanks to BHW, I learned a lot and finally implementing them, its fun :D
