Opinions For Best Web Forms

I am looking for peoples opinions on what web form creators people use.
I have a client who owns several websites for a removal company and wants to add in fairly lengthy web forms on his sites for people wanting quotations for removals.

Can anyone recommend an easy to use software or is it just easier to hire a coder to write a small script for this?

If its a Wordpress site I would recommend gravity forms. Otherwise check out code canyon. If memory serves me well I remember there's some pretty good stuff over there.
