Recommended VPS OS for SEO..

Hi Guys i need your help

Im about to upgrade my VPS and i would like to know what OS should i pick.
Here's my options:

Windows XP SP3 32bit
Windows 2003 32/64bit
Windows 2008 32/64bit
Windows 7 32/64bit

Why 32bit? or Why 64bit?

Base on your own experience any comment will appreciate..

Windows 7 64 bit because it will make the most use out of your RAM allowing you to run multiple tools and multiple threads with the least amount of issues.

windows 7 64 bit.. however make sure the software that you are going to use is compatible with a 64 bit system.. until the recent update xrumer had issues with 64 bit.. and there are many other software which don't perform well in 64 bit.

I run 64 bit win7 and I have never had any problems with Xrumer or any other tool. I use tons of tools too. You should definitely get win7 64.
