Upfront Payment companies?

I have been away from article writing for a while, I've been thinking of giving it another try, are there still companies giving upfront payments for articles, if yes, which ones?

The thing is, I stopped doing any form of IM for nearly 2 years, but back in the day, I was very successful with AC, I was able to nearly hit the $600 mark on over 20 accounts for a period of 1 year, all from upfront payments.

So that is something I feel comfortable with, problem is, the new Yahoo Contributor Network has a much better tracking system, which is constantly flagging my accounts, that's why I'm looking for companies similar o AC, who have an upfront payment system, but hopefully a are less efficient in tracking blackhat accounts like the old days of AC.

You should sign up, try qualify for level 4 (at least 3), and complete at least $10 worth of articles by Tuesday. After a day or two they should be accepted, so you can request payment on Thursday to receive money by Friday.

I noticed you have to be a resident or US citizen... what about US citizens overseas i guess their shit out of luck? They should have a better system of allowing people to sign up. Are there any other sites that would allow that?

Can't you use an address of one of your relatives or friends? I would think there would be ways around that hole regardless of your location.

If you are not a native writer, then going will be tough until you make contacts in the industry. One of the best techniques is to start thread on this forum, as it would give you a platform to showcase you writing skills to the members of this forum and if you are lucky, then you may get couple of long term clients who would help you make considerable amount of money.
