SEO Case Study - Here We Go!

Ok, I just started a new site today. Time for a SEO case study. I hope to achieve 2 things. #1 - rank my site top 3 on Google for the 5 KW's and #2 - hope everyone reading this will learn something.

DETAILS:

*It is a dot info domain name and it is 11 months old.

*It is a wordpress sites using optimizepress - it is a squeeze page with a blog also (where I am posting the articles)

*I am only targeting 5 KW's - each of which has high competition

KW1 = 22,200 Exact Local Monthly Searches
KW2 = 5,400 Exact Local Monthly Searches
KW3 = 14,800 Exact Local Monthly Searches
KW4 = 4,400 Exact Local Monthly Searches
KW5 = 2,900 Exact Local Monthly Searches

Total = 39,700 Exact Local Monthly Searches

*The domain is a EMD (KW1 with 22,200 Exact Monthly Searches) with "expert" at the end. Ex: KW1expert dot info

*I just uploaded 10 articles (2 for each keyword) - each article is unique and well written with the KW bold, underline and italic and also the KW linked back to the site. Each article also has an image with the KW as the ALT tag.

*All 5 KW's are in the Title Tage

*All 5 KW's are in the Meta Description

*All 5 KW's are in the Meta Keywords

NOW....

WHAT/HOW & WHY WOULD YOU DO IF THIS WAS YOUR SITE AND YOU WANTED TO GET TO THE TOP OF GOOGLE????

I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR SUGGESTIONS, ECT. NOT JUST "Backlink" - KNOW GREAT FIVERR GIGS? KNOW GOOD BHW SERVICES?

I AM ON A LIMITED BUDGET - I WILL POST EXACTLY WHAT I DO/WHAT SERVICES I GET - AND UPDATE WITH THE RANKS AND PROGRESS!

ALSO, IF ANY BHW SERVICE PROVIDERS WOULD LIKE TO PROVIDE REVIEW COPIES OF THEIR SERVICES I WOULD BE MORE THEN HAPPY TO SEE WHAT YOU CAN DO AND PROVIDE DETAILED REVIEWS IN THIS POST.

****NOTE: I have 100 articles to put up - 20 more for each KW - I have heard Google likes new sites with a TON of content****

the domain is not emd then right? if you say you put expert at the end, also why expert? is it a niche related kw?

one of these case study threads.

Having said that, the key that you should implement immediately is make
sure that you have diversity in anchor text, don't just backlink with the same
5 anchor text's over and over again. Otherwise this won't be much of a case
study.

Is it a local site or national? The SEO strategy you take will be different for each. If it's a national or generic site, then the first thing I'd do is get the following sites backlinked to your main KW: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google +, YouTube account.

If it's local, I would do all the same things and create a Google Places listing. Depending on how profitable the niche is (upside), you could crank out 5 Animoto videos and upload them to your YouTube account, each one pointing to your KW specific page on your site.

Yeah, not total exact then...it is KW1 with expert at the end. Sorry for the confusion.

Ok, I tell you what I would do.
I would use Ultimate Demon to do these tasks:
1. Scrape and find big list of bookmarking sites
2. Scrape and find big list of elgg powered sites (No-one is sharing these or at least I havent found them other way than scraping with scrapebox (UD have build-in scraper, I havent tested it)
3. Scrape and find big list of article directory sites (these are shared as a AMR lists)...
4. Scrape and find big list of directory sites.

Now when you have your database setted up

First go and set up bookmarking task - you should have at least 1500 sites in your bookmarking list.
Add every page from your site to it. Remember to spintax your anchor. I spintax my anchor like this: {{Targeted KW|Another variation of targeted KW}|{click here|read more|etc}}

Write at least 3 variations to your descriptions and make them spinned nicely (they must be readable).

Now set rules: for each sites pick 1-3 web pages to bookmark.

Add schelude, since it's new site, I would add it to submit max. 200 bookmarks per day.

Second thing to do is to set up directory task and this is easy, you should allready have like 1500 directories in your list, I dont schelude these (because you wont get instant backlinks anyway).

Then write 3 X 500 Spintax articles and set up web 2.0 task whit these articles, you should have atleast 100 elgg site added there. In this task, make sure that atleast 50% of your links are naked (non-anchored) and AGAIN use many anchor text - not only your KW's. Schelude these to max 10 per day.

Ok, now we still have article directory list there right?
Use the article directory task as your second tier for those created web 2.0's, now in this tier your content doesnt have to be so readable anymore, but make sure its uniq...

When these links get builded you still need to index them properly, but that is another story and another post. :cow_yello

Social signals are getting more important everyday. I've put several sites in the top three on page one using social signals alone.

How did you determine that your competition is high? If it is AdWords competition then this means nothing, it only tells you how many advertisers are competing to place their ads.

Look at the top 10 results to determine if you are just wasting your time before you spend anything.

I now have 15 articles posted. All are unique and high quality. (3 for each KW)

I shared each article on the following social media platforms:

Time for sleep. Will continue work tomorrow and post an update at the end of the day tomorrow.

These are very tough KW?s. I will work 24/7 until I get it to the top. Money doesn?t sleep! It only takes naps
