Can you get in trouble for this?

New to CPA and was wondering if you do CPA with content locking on a show like UFC but not actually stream it - there would be nothing after they unlock - could they come after you still?

You need to disclose openly on the page before the content locker or on the content locker that you don't have to deliver on any goods. The goods being a UFC show.

The issue lies with your CPA network. Some allow that, others don't. Some say they don't allow it, but really do.

Just experiment and don't lay all your eggs in one casket. I think that's the saying.

fake content you will be banned with a legit content locker but if you running some standalone content locker and you know what you doing very plausible.

Yeah then you should be good, but UFC actively monitor the web for their shit and are aggressive in taking their shit down, so plan accordingly

Try to cover your tracks best you can and just do short term things get the money and move on to the next one!! They do have lawyers and there are cases where they go after the "small guys" but if your not generating huge profits you don't have to much to worry about.

Well thats why you be careful about how you are using it for instance alot of people go with the "justin bieber" thing ( or used too ) instead of using his full name just use justin.

Than have a fake video player of a teenager who looks somewhat like him and call it Justin gets caught snorting cocaine!

This method is extinct almost though lol

Depending on the network they might react to 'fake content'. If you put say an image of UFC and link to a genuine, legal source then maybe but they'll probably get you if you use their names.

That is why you don't give them enough time to react to fake content.

Hop on a trending topic monetize it for a day or two and than move on.
