ALN Deindexing - Can anyone confirm this

Just read on another forum - that most of the ALN sites deindexed from the ALN network have been based on the whois.

Can anyone who had good number of sites in the network confirm this please. Quoting the exact words

The fact:

ALL domains with a particular whois have been deindexed, whether that  whois was hidden or not.   Every single domain with that particular  whois was in ALN with the exception of 3 that were typical clickbank  affiliate sites - they too have been deindexed - these were not  backlinked using ALN either.   Different hosts.  Different registrars.   Different IPs.  The ONLY connection is their whois.

I also have ALN sites with the same hosts, registrars and IPs as the  deindexed domains.  They have a different whois and are NOT deindexed.

Pretty much everything I had in the network, the old sites that is, have been deindexed.

The newer sites (<2 months) are still indexed but I can't see them around for too long either. We'll see, anything at this point of time is just conjecture.

Many people seem not to understand what to do in ALN. Pretty simple: Buy PR2 and 3 (I always buy PR3's) domains from GoDaddy Auction, put wp on them follow the ALN's rules regarding setting them up and put'em up in ALN. Use them to use the network and when they got hit just replace them with other PR2 and 3's.

You invest $100-$150 for at least 2-3 months but if you balance that with how much you will produce from ranking using ALN you will get a +.

A lot of people are complaining that their blogs they put a lot of effort in to get a high PR got hit. That is a BIG MISTAKE. Don't use your own blogs. Buy high PR domains set them and use them till they get hit ot till they loose their PR. Then buy some others, replace the ones that got hit and do the same.

Yes I've check today I got 8 deindexed domains from my 104 total blogs.. M looking for any other similar network that avoid junk content ..can anyone Plz suggest ??

Very first site I submitted was one of my own network blogs. A legit PR3, actually two of them. One of them have been dexindexed, wish I didn't submit either in the first place, don't know what I was thinking. Now I just buy new ones.

Mine are indexed, but I am pulling them. If people are like me on ALN, they dont check the sites they have in there because essentially they are throw away domains, so i dont really care if mine get deindexed, but I am not going to spend time spinning articles to have them go out to de indexed sites.

God bless you with that post, this is exactly my view i dont know why people are complaining, i bought my pr3 for 15 bucks a pop, and sending blog post everyday, comparing to paying bmr and writers with the amount i send everyday i will be paying loads.

buy new domain every 3 months, replace the dead one and carry on.

i have 3 sites in ALN, 2 of them have the same whois and the third has another whois.
the first 2 got deindexed but the third one is alive. so...the whois thing might be real

I think that should be the general rule of thumb. Expire the domain after every 3 months. ALN should just kick it out of the network so the Posters are forced to put up new domains. Furthermore each Dom should have a completely different Whois record. Keep in mind that G is a resgistrar as well, so they can quite easily do a lookup and compare all the doms -- thus the de-indexing.

My 3 Sites that were ALN have been de-indexed.....Adios ALN!!

Just wanted to bump this to ask - do you think (or know if) Google has to do private whois lookups manually, or whether they have it automated? Let's assume that they can see private whois, otherwise why would they go to the bother of becoming a registrar that doesn't sell domain names?
