I have traffic, but don't know how to monetize it

Hello. So, there is a HUGE problem... I have a website, but I don't know how to monetize it. Adsense = total fail (later I will explain why...). I need a person who have a lot of experience in monetizing websites... I'm willing to split profit: You = 30% or 50%, Me = 70% or 50%, it depends on achieved results.

So, here is a short info about my site:
Niche: Hair growth (informational site);
Visitors: more than 2000 UV/day. Main traffic is from US;

Adsense = fail, because CTR is very low (~1%). Tried changing ads colors, spots and so on... It didn't helped at all.
