Just received this from Jayson

You are receiving this email now because either you purchased TA, account creator, registered TA F*ree, or you are one of our registered affiliates.

It's been exactly 2 great years and 1 month since we first released TweetAttacks Pro in the market. We never expected that it will grow and become very popular the way it is today.
I sent this email to bring good news and bad news, so let start first with the bad news.
Bad News #1
Recently you might have noticed the downtime in our website, yes we had a downtime few days ago and you have the rights to know why.
Twitter contacted our web host to suspend our domain because of selling Twitter Account Creator which according to them, violates Twitters TOS.
This is not really bad news for TA customers but mostly for affiliates. Twitter Account Creator is the only problem but we decided to close our doors for both TA and TAAC and "we will no longer sell new licenses of those products".
Will new licenses of TA become available again? There is no plan yet, but right now we want to stop selling new licenses. We can still sell TA and profit from it but we decided not to because this action is the most beneficial to all of us, for current TA customers, for Twitter and to everyone who is it.
Good News #1
All existing TA Lite\Pro and TAAC customers will still get support and updates from us when needed and you can still use our help desk.
Bad News #2
For TA Free users, we really thank you for supporting our products and we are really sorry to say that we no longer have plans in updating and supporting it.
Good News #2
Because of your continuous support, we decided that some of the products that we will be going to release soon will be exclusive, and they will be offered "exclusively to TA customers only".
We have other tools here (not for Twitter) created using the same engine and the same architecture like TA so you can expect the same quality products.
Please wait our announcement about it, for now we cannot reveal them yet.
If you are looking for other product of ours that is already available, please take a look at http://serpattacks.com , more will be revealed soon.
Im sure many of you have questions but please direct them to our help desk and do not reply to this email because we rarely monitor this inbox.

Best regards,
TweetAttacks Team:eek:

/cry :(

I suppose we will just have to all adapt and something new will come about because of this. This is why it is so important for all of us to diversify our methods and not put all of our eggs in one basket.

TA was great for use with pay per tweet programs. Twitter has become increasingly difficult to fly under the radar on in the last year and a lot of quality accounts got banned....I had six accounts that were too young that got banned. There is high demand for a product that will naturally build a slow-growth targeted following so I hope that Jayson is able to create something similar in scope.

Damn thing is I just bought TA a few weeks ago.
Wasted money!
LICENSE FOR SALE, LICENSE FOR SALE... anyone?

Just received this email, first yahoo took its siteexplorer down which was also a big blow for me and now this TA :(

You're all exagerrating. What do you mean "no more tweet attacks?" All it means is they're not accepting any new customers. For present customers who have paid - we'll still get our updates and customer support. Everything is as normal.

why wasted??
It is just no more for new buyers.
Be happy to have it beside they said that:

All existing TA Lite\Pro and TAAC customers will still get support and updates from us when needed and you can still use our help desk.

Yes it may work for a while...But Jayson got the "Legal pant craps" from Twitters lawyers. It will just fade away!
I don't blame him!

If that was the case, jayson would have closed it down already.

Sad news for those who recently bought a license but let's face it, twitter is not the most difficult protocol to automate even if you pay a stray developer out of one of those job boards and keep throwing a few dollars at him each time they change some minor details in the way they handle the 5-6 functions you need. Because automating twitter is really not much more than that. Now the account creator is a completely different issue.. :P

now it all makes sence i was just int the process of using TAAC and it wont let me make twitter accounts F**K!!

Bro, you need to read over the OP again and correct yourself. This is actually is going to make TA worth more money over time. TA owner said he will keep TA updated he just won't be selling new licenses.

If you own this software consider yourself lucky because you can sell your license for what ever price you feel it might be worth to a late comer.

So, does that mean that the business model of TAAC was not legit from the beginning.
