Content from deindexed site

In webmastertools did you receive a message saying that your site has been removed?

No I did not receive a message saying "your site has been removed" but I did get one that said "there are quality issues" with my site. There was no mention of it being "removed"

Code:
I was wondering if the content on this site could be used on a new site and be considered as unique in the eyes of google?
The site may be de-indexed, but content may still be indexed.

You got 2 basic choices:

1. If you really value the content on the de-indexed site, then persist with a re-consideration request with G for the de-indexed site. Work with G! to fix the quality issues.

2. Create a new site with great, fresh content. Don't re-use the de-indexed sites's existing content, for reasons as previously mentioned.

Hi, I've had a quick look at your site and have not found any original content. Also you have a trademarked name in your domain.

Just my opinion but I would forget the domain and content and move on.

I am confused as to why you state this. I wrote every article myself and the only duplicate content is the actual points list that the company provides, seeing how the site is based around this list I felt it was important. There are 35 other original articles on the site?

Content is cheap, if the new site means anything to you, get new content.

Your site will come back eventually too....It might take months, might not.

you can still use your content. like others said, it is not your content but something else.
