outscourcing SEO and Web Design work

I've found a few clients who are interested in having websites build...Personally, I'm not the guy who builds websites but what I'd like to do is outsource the work...

Where do I begin with this? I haven't taken anyones money as of yet.

Yes it surely can. They are plenty of eCommerce plugins for WP. Regarding outsourcing, you may find many outsourcers here at BHW or you may also check out Freelancer, oDesk, etc. (I personally do not recommend them but some people had great experience with them)

If you want to risk it, you can just take a WP theme and remove as much of their branding as possible, but lots of people offer good web design for $xxx.

SEO is just a matter of researching their competition and buying the right fiverr gigs/BST's and keeping as much profit as possible

There are some great ecommerce themes on themeforest. That's a good place to start then do (or hire someone) minor modifications.
