I just want to contribute on a something can work. I would be doing this, but I`m busy writing on iwriter, that I haven`t got the chance do it yet.

Just hear me out, if this makes sense: (2 person operation) 1 person sells, 1 person makes

Step 1: Make an ebay account (establish feedbacks, .01 items by buying fb)
Step 2: Go to completed listings of leggo keychains see how much it goes
Step 3: Buy leggos from toysrus for good amount
Step 4: Buy the metal ring, start putting those leggo pieces each at a time. (1 piece per keychain.)
Final Step: Start selling it on ebay or craigslist

OR

Just find a person who buys them at large amount, then do the "wholesale thing". Buy and flip.

I`ll update this thread once, I have more time. But, most of my ideas are realistic.

Edit: This is just to get your mind flowing with other ideas, and take the same concept or do something more with it. I understand that most will say "fees and everything" so take in consideration those will apply as well, use the ebay calculator.

Hummm,

So your saying: Make Lego Keychains -----> Sell them on Egay. And then everyone can make $30 bucks a day?

Not sure that will work. What's your ROI and how many can you sell everyday?

that's a very simple way to use your noggin :)
hows the market for lego keychains on ebay? What is the profit margin, since you're buying retail price?

I wouldn't recommend this really. After ebay + paypal + postage fees how much are you really going to be earning per lego keychain. $0.50 max?
I think this forum offers a quite a few more profitable ventures :P

Its a good concept, but I looked and the legos that you can get cheap (meaning the regular blocks) were not really selling for more than 99 cents and even then weren't selling a lot. And the more expensive character ones weren't really selling very well either. Plus you have your fees so I doubt that this particular item would bring in very much on Ebay.

I dont get it..

This is a offline & online concept. If you dont get something, re-read or ask someone on what you don`t get.

"Constructive criticism is fine" but do not just blandly say "I dont get it".

I understand. I threw this out there, because some people cry so much on not making any money online. lol.

+1 on your valid points! I re-edit on what you mentioned above.
