are those doing great, getting into is easy or hard, what they require.

NDF - You mean Ndemand Affiliates?? they are legit.
CX is getting really worse right now, stay far away.

W4 and ADK are TOP NOTCH, extremely hard to get in.

if you perhaps used full names for the cpa networks instead of 2 letter abbreviations you could get more replys.

Getting into networks is all about how you describe your marketing strategy so that they can feel if you're able to make money for them.

Website surely helps, but it's not the most important part.
