Hey Clyde, I just wanted to ask your opinion on ripping proxy from the free proxy lists shared in the proxy forum here. I've been using them and it hasn't failed me so far! Members are updating lists all the time..

I think bringing back the old method of top 3 sites and analyzing them is better. I mean with the new method you were just seeing how many sites were optimized for the keyword correct?

Analyzing top 3 sites by looking at backlinks etc is WAY more efficient in my book as that's the reason I bought this software.. Because before I'd find a keyword and I'd have to check the top 3 sites manually using other software, now your software can do a brief quick check which saves me time, of course in general I still have to further analyse the top ranked sites but this program gives me an easy platform to check multiple keywords at the same time and find the ones I want to further analyze and possibly dominate.. So thanks for making a really good piece of software so far, your updates and customer service are also awesome, you're really staying on top of all your customers needs..

I'm really looking forward to see how this piece of software expands and to see where it will be taken in the future.. lots and lots of possibilities but I'm sure you're already thinking and devising the next moves..

Hi Clyde... I can't find the button to delete or edit my post above. Neither can I reply to your PM. Probably it's due to my Newbie status.

However, I don't agree (with you) that my long post is "destroying" your thread. I think it was necessary in order to convince you that your new method of querying Bing was producing unreliable results. And I did spend many many hours gathering those data/results.

But I'm really glad that you listened to your customers needs and brought back the old method of analyzing the Top 3 sites. And I see you already have a few positive comments already, and would like to add one of my own...

I've been using those Easy keywords found by the old method to create posts on my blogs. And with minimal SEO, these posts are already listed in Google and bringing in traffic everyday. So when UNF says it's Easy, it's really EASY!...

v1.4.21.4 now runs 10 threads simultaneously. OK... UNF is still the FASTEST Niche Finder in the market!...

Also, something does not seem right with this new analyzer.

Please do a check for "candida yeast infection cures" which is a keyword of one of my clients. It gets 12 local searches per month, and in quotes on google shows "About 535,000 results".

UNF is telling me there is 6.8 million results and a Comp rating of 82.

Something is a bit screwy here i think.

Hi, it doesn't use results in quotes to measure competition anymore. We've removed the REAL Comp. analyzer for now due to the inconsistency.

The Results number is the number of results when you search for that keyword on Google like a normal user. (without quotes)

Why show Median Links instead of Average Links?
This is more accurate because it shows opportunity, a website ranking #3 with 0 backlinks means anybody can rank for that keyword and the other websites that are ranking right now are just ranking because Google couldn't find better sites to show in the SERP.

What metrics are you using to tally the Difficulty score?
Number of backlinks to page, backlinks to domains, type of backlinks, Google PageRank of page, onpage SEO, domain/page authority and more.

Another happy camper here. What can I say...bravo, on such an excellent program. The simplicity of it is amazing. I've found one golden keyword after another.

I use it in conjuction with Market Samurai to really see what the competion is doing. In my own opinion, this wonderful program is too cheap at $50 so if you're on the fence about it, you better get it now.

Lastly before I forget, you also get the free lifetime membership of uNiches. I mean WoW!!!

We already spent all our resources fixing the comp. analyzer this month but there's a chance we might implement either the MySimon product scraper, or the Top 10 in-depth analyzer end of April or early May. No promises though.

Yes it is, tested to be working just fine with Japanese keywords.

The automation and speed is very convenient, as are the filters to make sense of a huge list of keywords
I must admit that I do cross check some results with Traffic Travis and I think that everyone should realize this is not a tool to replace your brain, it just automates and makes thing a lot easier! (but no tool does replace your brain does it?)
So keep going through the difficulty scores and make your own judgements.

Just updated the software again!

• Further improvements to the accuracy of the Competition Analyser. Please reanalyze your data. We now analyze the Top 10 sites with emphasis on the Top 3.
  
  
• The Global and Local results now link to the corresponding Google Trends pages for each keyword, while the Results values link to the Google Search for that keyword, for your convenience.
