Funny as it maybe , this dude actually tried to get over on $3!!!!

The seller has sold me USED hotmail accounts.

To make matters worse they are in Portuguese!

All of the accounts I logged into had well over 5000 emails inside each inbox! WTF???

I specifically requested 200 brand new UNUSED accounts.

When I confronted the seller about this he refused to refund me and tried to play as if he had no idea how to refund me.(not to mention the fact that he did not honor the agreement...)

Its right that Indian paypal not allowed to return or refund money from deposited amount only Paypal charge from credit card, so that mean the seller used VCC and don't have enough balance to provide you.

Furthermore, Indian Paypal has NOTHING to do with the fact that he INTENTIONALLY attempted to cheat me. (I was smart enough to not pay what he originally asked for the accounts, as I would have been pissed...)

All he had to do was be upfront and say :

1) The accounts are used
2) They are not in English
3) I cannot provide you with a .csv or .xls file ,
4 ) I am full of shit!

You can always copy all the info from the txt file into excel
and rename it xls or csv. Or if you want to have 2 seperate
columns, you can also do it easily in excel.
