Is this the physical game (DVD in box) sold for $1?? If it really is, obviously it must be fake. And if it is fake, I am wondering if this works in English and how good would be the quality of the cover, dvd print etc.

That's a copy version, it's the Chinese version and yes, it has to be replica. You can never buy a real game for $0.90..
It's a cracked version which will come without any packaging ( NO BOX ).

To buy real games from China is quite expensive unless you have a very good supplier. They have imported versions from the US and their prices are high up till 300 yuan ( $45 ).


Selling games on eBay is a good idea, but the good way of doing it is to buy real games as soon as they launch and get them imported to US and start selling but again you need to be careful if there is any VERO by that brand.

Before deciding to sell anything on eBay or anywhere else. Get all your facts right. What is visible is not true most of the time. I have lost a lot of money in the beginning of my eBay carear but it's always about trial and error. Learning from costly mistakes, those are the lessons that will stay with you forever.

Yes of course it is fake, but is this including box, cover, printed dvd? Or is this just a burned unlabelled dvd and no box?
And can this be played in Enlglish or Chinese only?

Yes, all those games are fakes. You can simply tell from the prices, further when you open them you can read that it says they are chinese version copies with no packaging or box.

Below you'll see some ads which are of a much higher price at 300 yuan which is about 45 dollars, those looks genuine to me. But they are the hongkong versions, you can find the genuine US version games too but they are very expensive and difficult to find, other problem is that of payment. There is nothing called as PayPal much used by Chinese, most people use Chinese Bank accounts and AliPay. Accepting payments only through that medium as they consider it to be the safest option to them.

You could see many auspicious opportunities and jump into them but they might not be worth it. Always try to match the price with quality. quantity with price ( negotiate bulk buy and see how much discount you can get, try to convert it into unit price and match the average unit price of the bulk order with the average unit price of a small quantity order and see the difference ), try to find out why something is offered too cheaply, why is too expensive? why are there no real ltem photos? why are the descriptions delibered to being short? ask questions to suppliers, Chinese suppliers who I have dealt with are usually very straight-forward in telling you in advance if they are selling you fakes or originals.

Some years ago I got such fakes from Hong Kong, however, PS2 games not PC games.

Yes, high quality fakes including print and covers are easy to find. I can get them at almost any street corner in Shanghai.

Depends on quality.... 1:1 quality normally cost $2 in Shanghai, maybe a little more.

The trick is to find a supplier with consistant quality.
