I would go with 2 GB for Business and 8 or 16 GB for private use.
Anything more than 16 GB for private would be a waste since you would just get a harddrive for that.

We have been to the factory several times and picked random drives out for testing, all had full capacity.

Your prices are a little high. I can go to amazon or just do a simple google search and get them for .25 cents cheaper each.
