I used mainly Internet & Technology Category and as far as i can see in this category they have 70-80% deindex at least. What category you used?

They are keep telling me:
When i see that 80% of my articles go to deindexed domains... anyway i deleted all my projects in HPS i still have 1500 credits but i'm not going to use them. by my point of view HPS is completely dead atm (at least the category internet-technology that i use)

It's pointless paying for links on a blog network that is deindexed as well. That's the trouble with and without reporting.
Reporting is no big deal for non-competitive niches in cases where a single blog network is used for backlinks because any new backlinks found can be associated with a single source. Power users, that are spending thousands of dollars a month on a single site, simply do not have an effective way to evaluate each and every new backlink to determine which network it came from and which link sources are solely responsible for rank improvements.
If this were my network, I would probably boot all the small users and keep the power users and re-enable the reporting option. It's a hell of a lot easier to validate users which are spending $500+ a month then many that are spending $50 a month.
Moving forward, validating an individuals entry into a public network will be essential IMO. Nothing will be 100% bulletproof, but the more hoops someone has to jump through the greater the opportunity there is to weed out the lamers.

Hit pretty hard? Where's your source?
They closed to keep the quality of the network at peak, not because they were hit.
Do show me if they were hit, though, save me some pennies.
Well... I may have "over-reached" a bit by saying hit "pretty hard"... but my "source" is a number of sites that I had heavily used HPS with... all of them have nose-dived... and only those. I popped in to see if anyone else had similar issues, and it looks like they have.
At this point, I wouldn't spend any money with them until they are heard from. Having said that, I like the network and the owners have run it professionally... hope they are able to bounce back... these things happen.

Some have said they closed to the public and quit providing reports to hide a major deindexing event. Since homepage links are manually placed, or so I was told, they are not a good gauge of the health of the entire network. This is why reports need to return and they need to come to the forum and respond to the findings some have experienced with sites heavily dependent on HPS links.
