start your seo campaign by doing some keyword research. you wanna look for keywords that you are able to rank with a fair number of traffic. Once you know what keywords you're trying to rank for, you can begin your linkbuilding campaign for your website. diversity is key! have a variety of different types of backlinks which in turn looks more natural to google.

That's an ignorant thing to say given you don't even know what he's promoting or how's he monetizing his site. I can personally make $30 from 150 visits, but that's impossible according to you.

To the OP, you said "partner." Are you looking for someone to pay to do SEO or who will do the SEO for a portion of profits? PM with details.
