Most of you know me from my Forex JVs in this forum and the huge success around them.

Besides the Fx JVs, I together with a group of investors have been actively involved in the creation of a new exciting payment gateway ready to break the PayPal monopoly that can also work as an investment vehicle as well as a foundation to build your future business and more. Its name is RealPay.

Just wanted to add for people interested in joining:

Here is a simple plan of what will happen over the next few months:

1) Investor joins and invests $130 in return for RealPay Units

Price per RPU: ~$0.0001

2) First two months go by and we are up to 10,000 members as a community

Price per RPU: > $1

This will be done through our official marketplace where RPU will be traded for $/€/etc.

Each investor joining receives more than 1 Million RPU and therefore the value of what you will be holding will be greater than $1 Million.

Of course you wont be able to cash everything out and also you might not want to as the price will keep rising with demand.

Yes, this is very important. We are building trust slowly by word of mouth. Also we are trying to decentralize most of part of it, even the central marketplace and in addition keep low to no fees.

Right now fees are at 0.1% and for those who dont know how the whole platform works (it is built on the Bitcoin platform), the fees return back to users.

It has been based on Bitcoin but is different in that:

1) It is safer since we monitor block creation and validate them

2) There will only be one marketplace which will allow the community to control the price and stabilize it which will make RealPay suitable for businesses as price will move like a roller coaster like in Bitcoin

3) The marketplace will be following all AML/KYC protocols and as a community we will promote legitimate businesses and report fraudulent or illegal activities

4) The marketplace is run by a team of very good developers who have been running their own Bitcoin marketplace for 2 years without a single incident

The company is based in Anguilla but for obvious reasons we will very soon be incorporated in Singapore as well.

As for the bank account, we have opened one with one of the best banks in the world, HSBC Hong Kong, where we pitched our idea and they loved it. Opened the account in 15'.

To be honest, i respect your idea of trying to do something about paypal, as there are some abuses. That said, the only way to compete with them is to allow them in your platform at least for a time.

I've low faith in websites which re growing from no where and with a main objective to crush monopoles. In your case, 90% if not more of the online transaction happens through paypal. (in quantity not necessary amount). And you'll notice that as the customers are asking for paypal, the providers goes for paypal and not the opposite.

You need a big press cover, and an attractive offer, guarantees that you wouldn't turn into paypal.

Not sure what you mean by privacy.

Using the RealPay platform is anonymous.

Using the marketplace (which is a company) will require providing the necessary documents in order to trade in high amounts but these documents as you might imagine stay within the company and they are necessary for compliance with international laws and regulations as well as to avoid money laundering.

So it is as private as it can be as long as there are no illegal activities involved.

The problem with using PayPal is this:

PayPal is a refundable medium of exchange while RealPay is non refundable.

This means that people could join through PP, get their share of RPU and then request a refund in which case we cannot prove anything as it is a digital commodity and cannot be tracked apart from the fact that PayPal will shut down the account as soon as they find out.

I totally understand your reasons for having low faith in a startup till it proves itself and also believe that when money comes everything turns to profit rather morals.

BUT the case with RealPay is this:

We create a community with thousands of people (and hopefully millions) and use a platform that complies with all legal procedures but is also free of fees (or at least charges a very low fee just to keep afloat) as well as most decisions around the marketplace come from the whole community where each member has the same voting power.

Keep in mind also that we already have some bright minds and there are also more people coming in which have experience in economics as well as other sciences and will help this community safely and steadily grow.

P.S. We have already started planning to expand in countries where PayPal is limited or non existent as well as in countries that dont use it a lot and since there wont be any fees we expect a lot of people to be interested in this new model.

Some examples are: Russia, China, India, Bangladesh, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia and others.

Although I may sound harsh down below, I'm actually glad that bitcoin idea spreads and takes different form.

1) So you basically gonna act like a central bank of America (or any central bank for that matter)? I.e. print money and slowly devalue it?

2) How can you control the market places? If the thing becomes popular market-places will pop like mushrooms after the rain.

As I understood at the moment you work with LR only? Which makes sense. But how you intend to resolve the reversible transactions problem with PayPal?

It's a great Idea, and I'm ALL for it, but people have been trying for YEARS to bump GayPal off their mountain..... all have failed.

Unless you get the backing of a HUGE majority of people and business's....They'll continue to fail.

Especially when the majority of consumers on conglomerate sites like Egay, swear by Gaypal and feel "Safe" using it lol

1) First of all, need to point out that all RPU that will be in existence have already been generated without the ability to create new.

I wouldnt say devalue but stabilize. Of course this is the job of more experienced people than me in economics.

We have guys on our team that work at well known financial organizations.

2) We cannot control it but we will make an agreement between the community (RealPay) and the company which will run the marketplace (RLCXE Ltd) that the only legitimate place to exchange RPU is this particular marketplace and it will be deemed illegal to form a separate marketplace.

In addition, our legal department (yes we have one of those as well ), will get heavily involved in dealing with these matters.

Furthermore, we plan to keep the marketplace free of fees so a competitor charging fees will have no chance of surviving.

3) Actually it will be ready at the end of the week and as soon as it is i will post it here.

4) For now we have to work only with irreversible (nonrefundable) means of payment. Trust me we would love to receive investments through PP but it is risky.

We are though in talks with other gateways and soon will start adding them. We have already added Perfect Money and Paxum except of Liberty Reserve.

I couldnt agree more with you. You are 100% right.

But thats why we want to build a huge community and use the investment to strengthen and get bigger while attract even more people.

And why not create the next Ebay alternative? I know im thinking big but if we get to a point where there are 1 Mil people using RealPay, imagine how profitable would be if someone would open an Ebay alternative or a Clickbank alt or Pokerstars alt or anything that is big.

The opportunities are endless! One huge community using a free (or at least close to free medium of exchange) and a network of business that replace the ones we know and which are run by people from within the community.

I am a big fan of BHW and i know that if the whole BH community accepts RealPay and uses it then we are definitely looking at something that will beat PP, no wonder.
